This page is an informational translation of our Spanish-language Privacy Policy (Política de Privacidad), which is the legally binding version under Spanish law and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

At International Trade Shows, S.A. we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we collect and why

Through the contact form available on the Website we collect the following data: name, company, email address, phone number, country, and the message or enquiry you send us.

This data is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your enquiries or requests for a quote or information.
  • Send you an automatic confirmation email that we have received your message.
  • Manage any business relationship that may result from your enquiry.

We do not use your data to build profiles or to make automated decisions, nor do we use it for marketing purposes other than those stated above, unless you expressly authorize us to do so.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give by ticking the box accepting this Privacy Policy and submitting the contact form, in accordance with article 6.1.a) of the GDPR.

4. Retention period

Your data will be kept for as long as there is a mutual interest in doing so and, in any event, until you request its deletion. Once the relationship has ended, the data will be kept duly blocked for the legal limitation periods applicable, and will be deleted once those periods have elapsed.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. To send and receive the emails generated by the contact form we use Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) as data processor, which may involve an international transfer of data to the United States. This transfer is covered by the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your rights

Regarding the processing of your personal data, you may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:

  • Access: find out what data of yours we process.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request the deletion of your data.
  • Objection: object to the processing of your data.
  • Restriction: request that the processing of your data be restricted.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

You can exercise these rights by sending an email to info@itsfairs.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at www.aepd.es, if you believe the processing of your personal data does not comply with applicable law.

7. Security measures

International Trade Shows, S.A. has adopted the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of your personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments. In such cases, we will announce the changes on this same page with reasonable notice before they take effect.
